Does Your Body Listen to You?
While studying to enhance my survival, I wrote down several questions. One
of them was the above title.
I watch people that I think or feel should be in better command of their bodies
and their lives. Rather than be in command, they are a voice piece for the
body's many complaints. They often appear to be victims of life!
To a degree, it seems all their body problems are excuses. It seems that
these are used to convince people that they deserve sympathy. It seems that
these body ills are justifications that make the person right for not doing and
everyone else wrong for expecting them to step up.
I can see that many people are probably outraged at how unfair my
statements are. People dying are, frankly, dying.
Sympathy merely speeds up the process. Whatever people are doing is their
Life is a game and you can choose to play it or be ran over by it. Many of
these “bodies” don't even know they are alive or in a game.
When I'm around lame, injured, ill, handicapped, or otherwise disabled
people, I observe. It is their current physical situation.
I do not evaluate nor invalidate. They are exactly the way they are, I can see
this. I do hope they will improve and get better.
However, I don't enjoy them being victims. It's my firm opinion, actually my
certainty, they are totally responsible for their condition.
I do not feel any sympathy. I do understand and I mind my manners.
Some people promote the fact they are disable. They promote the fact they
got unhealthy enough to get cancer and did survive. The ones that didn't
survive do not promote anything except the fraud of the cancer industry that
profits greatly while killing people.
I used to really dislike using the handicapped parking placard when driving
my wife to the hospital. She did die a victim of the cancer industry.
Unfortunately, she also victimized herself first by turning all responsibility for
her body's condition over to the pharmaceutically trained medical doctors.
Earlier than that, she smoked, drank diet coke and failed to exercise.
Lymphoma happens when you don't move enough. After 33 years together,
she is missed though I still feel she was responsible and brought on the
I really do not like it when someone handicapped will wait until the light says
don't walk and then start out across the street knowing fully well they are
going to block traffic.
That is a lack of manners. That is using their condition to make others wrong,
to excuse their actions.
Do Does Your Body Listen?
I guess before your body will listen you must give it commands.
The body is not intelligent at all so talking to yourself (your body) is not a very
enlightening conversation. I've observed many people talking to themselves.
It seems that often, they don't know they are doing it. My own mom plays
cards by herself. Sometimes the games get very interesting and she's quite
vocal about it.
Back to the subject, before you will command the body, you probably would
need to realize that the body is not you. You are not your body.
Anytime, you exercise, you are commanding your body. That is a very good
thing to do. Bodies need to be worked and too many people are desk
bounded. They sit most of the day!
Personally, I don't exercise by itself. I do take the stairs instead of the
escalators or elevators (if it's not too many floors). I also work in construction
and push the body to do many forms of physical labor.
The last job I was on had over 100 feet of steps. I carried materials up and
down. I dug holes and built forms. Just bringing a tool down or back up was a
lot of physical work.
So no, after many hours of this, I didn't go to the gym. After working, I walked
up the hill about a block to where I had to park my car. It was actually good to
work the body.
You Are as Able as You Command Your Body
Little children are fascinating to watch. So much of how we were as children
gets buried in memories. They command their bodies with huge amounts of
As we age, we pick up injuries, failed purposed, looses and cease to have
the energy we once did. It's really not true. The energy is still there, our
willingness and enthusiasm for life has been blunted.
You can regain some of this by just commanding the body, a trainer might
If people are telling you to take it easy, you can go ahead or disagree with
them and do something. (Always follow your doctor's advice, consult your doctor, on what to eat, where,
when to sit, lay, move, exercise, sleep, sneeze, meds, don't laugh without permission, no sex, and so on.
Remember only your doctor or drugs can cure anything. This claim has not been evaluated by the FDA as they

Helping someone spot what condition(s) and what the solutions are to handle them is exactly
what I do in life.
Improving the conditions of others is my destination and purpose in life. I have no products that
you need to buy to get better. A little true knowledge can go a long way. I also do not ask that
you believe anything!
Routinely I say #EverythinWill_B_OK!I believe that is true!
